| Posted Comments: mattimpey (2008-10-16) | I have since learnt that this is actually a relatively modern parish boundary stone, the line of them are almost a continuation of the Butterdon stone row, south of the sumit of Butterdon hill. | thecaptain (2008-10-16) | There are people who think that one of the stones south of Butterdon Hill may well be an ancient menhir, which became used as a part of the parish boundary. I would hazard a guess to this being the one.
