Description This view shows the SE end of the row that leads away from the menhir, known locally as Laughter Man, on Laughter Tor. There is a large gap between the small stones of the remnant row nearest the menhir, and on the other side of a dry-stone wall, leading down over the slope, are these rather nice stones (a small one in the foreground is part of the double row.) The tallest stone in this view aligns with the summit of Yar Tor in the distance. There are many other possible rows in the immediate area.

Checked last August, and found Laughter Man, this double stone row, and Yar Tor to be aaligned at 120 degs.
