Contact them for permission to reproduce it. | | | Description | This stone is on the western side, at the very end of the north avenue, (as we see it today, and within the current site boundary) at Callanish. I believe it may have had links with fertility rites, as from this angle the two lumps of black hornblende that jut out from its northern face look like a swollen stomach of a pregnant woman - the higher piece maybe representing her head. |
