This is a very interesting article Mike, thanks for posting. I stood at the bottom of the pyramids at Giza, and they are awe inspiring. I think its important that people challenge the official line, we surely can not know all that there is to know about these monuments. The funerary temples really blew me away. The blocks of the walls and lintels are massive and yet each one fits perfectly into the next. You really have to see it to believe how amazing it is. My photos just don't do the place justice.

Of course. But always subject to quality and quantity. Sir Flinders Petrie knew a thing or two about the pyramids and studied them for many years. Just how much attention should we give to a "challenge" comprising a single unsubstantiated sentence - "We submit that this passage with its smooth surfaces, squared shape, and accurate angle could not have been tunnelled with primitive tools and methods" mounted jointly by two blokes who currently are offering books for sale about "The Genesis Race: Our Extraterrestrial DNA" and "Ancient Gods and Their Mysteries: Will They Return in 2012 AD?"
Answer- none, approximately, especially when the link is provided by someone so obsessed with just one thing who has the cheek to say the rest of us are closed minded!
Free speech, great. Challenging accepted beliefs, great. But the Portal is becoming a soap box for bonkersness.

Hi Anon', I think the trick is not to take me seriously. I've got skin like a rhino. You'll only wind yourself up, become bitter and twisted at my remarks and eventually fall by the wayside. Have a laugh at my expense and get on with what's left of your life.
Come 2012 you can all have a good laugh when I book myself into the asylum.
Hi Nicola, I Love The Great Pyramid, just Love it but, I doubt I'll ever get to visit before 2012. Would you send me a few of your shots?
Have a great Equinox

I wasn't laughing, and I certainly wasn't taking you seriously (you wish!). I was just slightly miffed at the way you talk down to everyone as if you know something important, yet the more you talk the more obvious it becomes that you don't. You have the arrogance of ignorance and have know way of realising the fact.

You have no choice, nor do we.
You make extraordinary assertions about the nature of reality. You have said you can't back them up in the slightest by reference to science, that they didn't come from David Ike et al and that they've been revealed to you by voices.
Fair enough, but don't keep attacking and insulting everyone else for not hearing your voices, OK?

How about a name Mr or Ms Anonymous? Even a nickname helps - otherwise we can't tell one Anon from another and you never know which of many you are arguing with.

Why not take this back to TMA where you swanned in from and have it out with me there. I've done this here a long time back now and you wont be thanked for doing it all again, hey Thorgrim!

I don't know what you're refering to with regard insults and attacks. I've explained my position regarding all that anyway. Not my problem!

I know exactly what you mean!!!
In the early 80"s I was setting up "Son et -bloody Lumineires" at 6 sites in Egypt- putting the power systems in - nothing to do with megalith interests!!
Good thing was that I got the opportunity to get to the top of all 3 of them to site the laser projectors!!!
As you say, the fit of the stones- externally and internally were just amazing !!!!
Obviously Wimpey didnt get the contract Ha Ha !

London Olympics! Then again - a lot of daft folk think that the world will end because the Mayan calendar ends in 2012. Oh yes - a few planets line up and that scares the bejasus out of them too. Try Googling 2012 and you too can scare yourself silly with a lot of tosh.

Are the Olympics before or after when the world ends? Would be a shame to waste all that effort

I hope that the sequel is better than this effort, roll on 2012 I say...
My only worry is that by then ***** fatigue may have set in and no-one will be bothered to point and laugh at the superstitious gullibles when they realise they should have made those ***** payments 'just in case' and now have to live on the street.
