The Ecological Group Carballiño Hill complained to the Office of Environment and Urbanism about destruction of a neolithic tomb classified by the Galician Government in the County of San Cristobal de Cea.
A priceless, monument, located in the village of Ardesende, and was formed by a tomb more than 6,000 years, traditionally known as the mound, he kept at the time of inclusion in the Catalogue of Cultural Assets of the Directorate General of Cultural Heritage of the Xunta de Galicia, granite slabs that formed the burial chamber.
"So inconceivable appeared completely destroyed and in its place today may be placed a concrete slab on which it has built a picnic table, "says Hill. The group believes that "these acts have caused irreparable harm to the mound for what was a prehistoric cemetery of the first inhabitants of dinner, which was an example of the first monumental architecture of funeral character of the story."
We don't have any megalithic sites listed in this area, the closest sites we have are Castros
