Yes Sem I've herd of it. Maybe that's the one that coursed the dinosaur extinction.
As for the second millenium BC I believe Velekovskey maybe refurring to the event of 2349/48 BC which in conventional terms is about 50000-20,000 yrs Bp followed by the Post Flood Rappid Ice age so whether Venus or not is probably a figment of the immagination or some other astroid which I would'nt totally rule out John

Hi Andy just before I conclude this descussion I'd like to ask you what chronology you use for the earliest Neolithic farmers in Britain 2/ the chalcolithic in Britain and 3/the early Bronze age in Britain depending on the location sited.
For example 1/ Neolithic (Earliest Farmers)...................4000 BC
.................2/ Chalcolithic.......................................2200 BC
..................3/ Bronze Age......................................2000 BC
..................4/ Iron Age.....................................600/500 BC?
In Conclusion to be fare and open minded to
everyone I think diffrent authors have diffrent dating techniques just as in young earth creationism diffrent chroniclers dont always aggree with Bishop Ussher John
