The pastscape site has this

and a visit to Oxford to Blackwell's they have nothing on author Whittle, and can't search on publisher.
BHlackwell!
It isn't yet in Senate House.
More than a thousand pages and forty five quid, one wonders whether the time is right for electronic publishing. There are links in the Pastscape site so follow those as well.

now the wonders of inter library loans, and several weeks, I have the two volumes, weighing in at pounds both avoidupois and sterling (avoid the peas) and the first knew thing to pop up is Freston, in Suffolk, but is it a causewayed enclosure, hengiform, or ring ditch... I wish some of these terms were sorted.
To be positive, a new thread started whittling time and as HODHER has worked, I now want to whittling time work.
