Hello, someone has sent me a support request message/email that I've not replied to. It was about problems they were having with the Portal site download function. I can't seem to locate it so please send it again or post below.

Just to say, pages and sites on here are very slow to download. Anyone else having the same problem, or is it my pc ?

Apologies for some periods of slow running that our server is experiencing as this is our busiest time of year. Please try again later if you can't get on. It's fine again now - I'm not sure why this problem is so 'variable', looking into it.

Yes it's fine again now - I think it must be set off by a load of people are doing complicated site queries all together that is hammering the database - not clear what at the moment.
It wasn't about that anyway - it was about this

Omg - that sounds and looks complicated. Those satnavs are dreadful though the GPS thingy mi bobs seem quite good. I don't yet have one. They cost about £100 I believe.
