Great stuff.
Just watched this - BBCi player - How to Grow a Planet, Part 3 - in which Professor Iain Stewart explains the evolution of grasses. Jump to 44:53 for an excellent presentation of the hunter-gatherer to agriculturalist transition, with special attention to Göbekli Tepe and Einkorn wheat.

Thanks David
The film of Göbekli Tepe is fantastic, but I see no explanation of hunter-gatherer to farmer. Only how a grass mutation was useful as food.
