I've suddenly arrived at the conclusion that I'm more into the hunt (the physical logistics of getting there - the map reading and the riding through picturesque scenery and getting lost and asking the way) than the kill (actually wandering around the ancient monument).
Recently I haven't been chilling out enough at the sites I've visited - they each need as much time as it takes. Just visiting 2 sites in a day is almost too much, I reckon.
