I have managed to find three sites in east Yorkshire, so we see about putting them on a.s.a.p. That should change the map somewhat.

Hi Andy, quite possible that I'm going dolally but I seem to remember HTML & BBcode being allowed in private messages? Tried today but both are turned off. cheers, Mike

I can't honestly say I remember Mike. The only HTML I use in messages is for auto creation of links. I presume what you mention might be useful?

Yes, just paste the link in and you'll automatically get a clickable link, as with forum posts (most of the time!)

Opting out of the photo competition and voting on your photos

If you are a photo contributor, you can now opt out of having your photos being rated and voted on. To opt out please contact Andy via the 'Contact Editor' link in the left menu. This will opt you out from photo competitions as well.

On the site pages, we only limit the Nearby Site list to 25 to save space so I have changed it so when you click on 'see more info for this site' you will see the full list of 100 nearby sites. ie click here:

You now need to have posted 128 images to get into the Top 100 photo contributors list (and thanks if you have of course). To give some more recognition to other contributors I've made an extra page showing the Top 500 as well as extended some of the other listings:
