I have had limited discussions of this site with excavator Dr. Malville. I'm very interested in the intentionality of the latitude placement, 22.5 degrees. That's one-fourth the meridian from equator to pole. Dr. Malville is not certain about the intentionality and considers it less than likely (if I may be so bold as to characterize his interpretation). I am quite certain this is not coincidence. With 29 points in the outer circle and six points within the circle a lot of figures can be produced . if 22.5 is considered salient then that could be replicated at countless other sites .
