Someone mentioned Skara Brae.
A couple of years ago, there was a manhunt on for whoever spray painted the stones in the houses. Did they ever catch the rogue(s)?
I seem to remember a car being looked for, but eventually the occupants were cleared.

More old unresolved news...they never found anyone responsible for the destruction of the Sheelaghna gigh in All Saints Church in Wiston....but it HAD to be a parishoner....who was also a keyholder.....who had an accomplice to hold the ladder whilst he pulverised the carving!!!
