Has anyone any idea where exactly this site could be? It's most likely in Ireland, the pic is a still from a video.

Nope, I didnt take the pic myself, its from a video and unfortunately I have absolutely no further info whatsoever .
Ah well, it was worth a try... and maybe someone here says
