This small bronze object originally round, but slightly flattened (..poss plough damage??)was found in West Sussex 18 years ago.It is approx 22mm in diameter..with a hole all the way through...it has a line circumscribed around the top..leaveing the top "nub" of a slightly less diam. than the main body....some people have said it may be a dagger pommel or a horse decoration...I think it is a wool spinning weight...any other ideas??
