Flow is caused by pressure difference (heavily dependant on temperature.) So outside weather changes, whether or not a cave has multiple entrances, or is effected by rising and falling groundwater or tides, or has an entrance that faces into a prevailing wind will also produce varying air flow.
You can induce different flows in part of a single passageway, but how that is happening in Ravne - ?.
(But imagine blowing into a plugged hole. You can make air flow into part of the opening, and come out another part of the same opening, back at you. )

Hopefully some images will be submitted so we can see the type of ventilation shafts. Would the incoming air be warmer than the outgoing to use a system like that?

Ceramic Stones is an intriguing description, usually something's either ceramic or it's stone, perhaps it means vitrified or something else entirely, but again images would help to determine what's meant by that.

Ravne Tunnels

The entrance to the tunnel system is 2.5km from the http://www.megalithic.co.uk/article.php?sid=15139 [Visoko] Pyramid of the Sun and has some interesting features. The tunnels have been filled in by river sediment, which is now being removed.

They have found some large ceramic stones that are emitting forms of energy.

They have found stone walls.

They have found sections of tunnel which are empty of sediment but have shin-high water levels.

There is also a very interesting ventilation system with air flowing in to the tunnels above waist height and flowing out below waist height.

Coordinates scaled from a detailed map:
Lat: 43.993315
Long: 18.156409
Accessible by a short walk on a footpath.
