if you include a measuring pole in the photo I think so. The latest ipad update allows export as OBJ for use any 3D modeling program.

Regarding the recent article and demo of Tullies ,I tried this with a free program called "Autodesk 123 Catch". Just walk around your subject, taking photos from different bearings, and then upload them to the 123 website. When it's done you get an email, and then you can download your finished 3d model. All the work is done for you, simple. It can then be rotated and zoomed etc.
There are several videos on Utube to explain the process. Really easy, even for dinosaurs, and it's free
