Ever wondered who lived in the Medway Valley before you? Did you know that the woodland in the valley is hiding a wealth of information about our pasts?

Valley of Visions and KCC now have the results of aerial survey of the whole Medway Valley. This has stripped away the vegetation in the Valley, so we can see all the lumps and bumps in the woodland that tell us how the landscape was used in the past.

Now, we need YOUR help to explore this new and exciting survey. We are running a series of drop-in events throughout the valley, so that YOU can come and see the results of the LiDAR survey and learn how you can get involved!

Saturday January 28th, 10am to 1pm, at the Nevill Bull Pub in Birling

Sunday February 26th, 10am to 1pm at Burham Village Hall, Burham

No previous experience is necessary, free refreshments and families are particularly welcome!
