What a lot of books - you seem to have bought one of every book from the Oxbow bargain list!

Yeahhh...I have got a few from there over the years. But you wanna see all the ones I'm keeping! Many thousands of 'em, literally.

...But it's as if they breed, quietly, in the dark hours, and just keep moving more and more into other rooms in the house; more and more bookshelves creeping up to the ceilings on all walls. So I have to thin 'em down every now and again.

Blatant self-advertizing here I'm afraid. If Andy reckons it shouldn't be here, please delete & I won't be offended. But...I imagine there's gonna be a few folk on here who might want some of the history, archaeolology or folklore titles I'm selling from my own libary. A sample of them includes:

Garcia & Perello's Prehistoric Art of the Western Mediterranean and the Sahara;
Several editions of the Yorkshire Archaeological Journal (nos, 49, 50 & 54 at the mo);
L.V. Grinsell's Megalithic Monuments of Stanton Drew;
RCAHMS,

...and for those into folklore & myths there's:

Maureen Duffy's Erotic World of Faery;
Jan Knappert's Indian Mythology;

+ books on history, shamanism, witchcraft, occult history, Celtic myths, goddesses, etc. Check 'em out here:

No problem Paul, where in the Scottish mountains are you wanting to move to?

Just about anywhere up there Andy. If you look at the map of Scotland: draw a line from Elgin, then swing round & down south to Perth, then across southwest to the bottom of Argyll. Anywhere in that region westwards! We're up there next week (& hope the snow that we've awoken to this morning is still heavy up there!) having a bittova mooch round; but then back up again a few weeks later, talking to some of the locals to see what's available. It might end up taking a while, but we'll get there!

You don't know anyone who might have a place to rent do you?
