Hi Sem...I'm no expert myself...I do look closely at things I find(or get sent)and as I said..my interpretations might be totally wrong(and probably are...lol).But here is a pic of everything together,with a rule for sizing...to give an idea of how finely knapped the smaller items are....

Hi Albert
Maybe you and MickM could get together on this and produce something for The Portal that enables the rest of us to recognise real artifacts if we see/find them.
Thanks

No problems..I have to be honest,they actually look better "in the flesh" as it were(my dodgy photography doesn't do justice)...but there are definite signs of "shaping" and knapping on them.
@ MickM..a friend in Georgia USA,sent them to me,from her grandfather's collection..I'll put sizes up for them possibly Sunday or Monday..

Difficult to be sure from a photo & a scale would help, but our opinions are;
Pic 1 - worked quartz, possibly a notched tool, but not an arrowhead.
Pic 2 - uncertain.
Pic 3 - worked quartz debitage.
Pic 4 - worked flint, probably a borer of some kind - size?
Pic 5 - worked flint, possibly a broken tool or crude scraper or else a rejuvenation flake.
Where did this stuff come from?

I've always been jealous of people who find archaeological things. A friend of mine once found he needed his house to be under-pinned because of subsidence, the house had been built on a Bronze Age mound. Although he couldn't keep the finds, he was allowed to show them to members of the local wargames club and visitors like me.
Cheers

I can envisage this piece as more of a cutting/skinning tool rather than arrowhead
