Tim suggests this, which sounds like the best idea:
What I would recommend, is submitting them with the site page name, so the stones link up, but then select the History gallery category when we add them.
Start the photo description with "History Gallery" to clearly denote it's different. I think this way the photos remain accessible but shown to be belonging elsewhere.
So Nicola just go to the Site Page
http://www.megalithic.co.uk/article.php?sid=17789
and use the 'Submit Image' link at top right, put "History Gallery" as part of the caption and we'll do the rest.
Cheers

Hello - tricky one.
Normally I would say yes submit 'modern' images to Photographers' Gallery >> History using the link in the gallery
http://www.megalithic.co.uk/modules.php?op=modload&name=a312&file=index&do=upload
But let me consult with the other admins who have been doing similar things with church and cross sites as in this case it may be better to put these extra photos on the site page properly. Hang in there for a bit...
On the second question:
If you think a site contributed by you is 'noteworthy' and should be featured on our front page (ie in with the news items) then contact me or one of the other admins such as TheCaptain, AlexHunger or Coldrum and we can do do that.

Another question - how do you get to list new sites on the main page - should I be uploading a Photo page? How do I do that?

I would like to post some more photos on Stobo Kirk - but - these are of the grave stones dating to 17C and the grave covers dating to 14C so not megalithic - how should I post them, in the history section, and the put a comment into the Stobo Kirk area with links?
Advice appreciated
