Hello you could try Cinderbury in the Forest of Dean. Entrance is £5 and we are charging people £10 to camp over. Sorry that this is so blatently commercial but having taken it over when it went bust I need all the help I can get to keep it afloat.
There is a handfasting ceremony on solstice eve and a few people will be staying over for the sunrise.

Long Meg in Cumbria had about 30 people last year, some of whom camped, including five pagans who drummed down the sun at sunset and drummed it back up at sunrise. Its a very large site, and everyone found their own space. Unfortunately we didn't get a sunrise as it was drizzley.

I am sensible and have a nice cloak which i wear for my early morning excursions.
Have to admit this year i might not be doing anything as recently moved and having no car will probably not be able to go anywhere.

Not heard of anything but usually people just turn up at a site.
In Kent the favorites are Kits Coty,Little Kits Coty and The Coldrum Stones although i've heard of Oldbury Hillfort being used.
So maybe just find a site that appeals to you and go along.
The Pagan Federation might know of anything going on too:

hi i would like to go somewhere to watch the summer solstice arrive but don't wont the hustle and bustle of stonehenge. we are in the north and have visited a lot of the sites around the lakes and south scotland,
could anyone tell me if their is a somewhere we could go with a much smaller gathering then that of stonehenge possibly in the north.
