As a member, you can send private messages to me and the other regular contributors.

* You can optionally sign up to receive our front-page news as an occasional e-mail digest

* You can add details about yourself, and a link you your web site if you have one. (but not your e-mail address unless you want it to)

* Comments and submissions are tagged with your name. Whenever post a comment or anything else, they are linked from Your Own Page, showing everything you've contributed.

* You can create your own little menu with basic HTML links. It displays at the top of the Right-hand column in the home page. Make sure you have the box ticked to activate it.

* see which other users are online.

* You can give yourself a daft 'avatar' image!
