Hello Dick, We have time on Saturday morning / lunchtime to show some films - possibly Sunday morning as well. I'll look forward to seeing them so I can see how they fit in.
On the marquee, I'm advised that it's not tough enough to be left up overnight so we'll have to put it up on Saturday (and Sunday) morning.
There will be a few of us there on Friday evening - so come along if you want to say hello, I don't think there's that much setting up we can do on Friday, although we could spend some time decorating the inside of the hall with photos and suchlike.
