Hello J & S, sorry your message got caught up with all the 'members wanting seats' messages that I've not replied to yet but I will shortly. Thanks for the offer of help which is much appreciated. We're going easy on the balloons this year (phew!) but the society has just bought a 3 x 9m marquee like this which we will need to put up and anchor outside the front of the hall on both days. Miz would also appreciate some help with serving the food for perhaps an hour or so. Space in the hall is very limited but helpers will get first priority. There's still plenty of space on Tim's walk. See you there.
