Hello, if you go to this page http://www.megalithic.co.uk/article.php?sid=2146412614 then click on "Click here to join up online". On the next page click on "Go to Payments" then enter your details.
There you can choose Paypal or Nochex, both of which take credit or debit cards. Enter your card details on the secure payment page and the amount in dollars (or other currency) is calculated automatically.
You can also just send the payment by Paypal to sales@megalithic.co.uk or by cheque in UK pounds. There is a printable membership form here
