Subject Guides No. 2 - Sacred Springs and Holy Wells
Submitted by Thorgrim on Monday, 01 November 2004 (159811 reads)
New Sites Subject Guides No. 2 - Sacred Springs and Holy WellsThe magic of clear fresh water from deep within the earth has always been sacred to mankind. Often overlooked and neglected today, wells were essential to farm and village and those that never failed were venerated.
