]]>. Parts of a 6000 year old archeological site have been destroyed during rioting in Chiomonte. The necropolis and village were heavily damaged during on June 27th, 2011. The local population are resisting the project to build a tunnel and high speed train route (TAV) which is being funded with millions of Euros from the EU.

. Sant'alosio is a little village on the top of a high hill in the south/east of Piedmont. The rocks are partially covered by the eastern tower and also by lots of vegetation, but you can still see some cup marks especially in winter without snow.
