]]>La Roche Buquet found, still surviving above the Marais, so World still OK and does not end yet.. La Roche Buquet is an obelisk shaped granite stone standing 1.7 metres high with its large sides facing east - west. The stone has several grooves on it where it has been tried to break it up, and was probably once a lot larger. A second stone is laying prone nearby.

]]>. Les Bergeons is the name given to one of the many sets of Alignements de Lampouy at Le Chenot near Medreac. Eight menhirs, only one of which is still standing 2.5 metres tall, make up a line, 43 metres in length.

]]>. The Alignements du Moulin are three very different alignments of menhirs which make up part of the Saint-Just group of megalithic sites. There are two long roughly parallel lines running east west with a third less well defined row to the southwest running in a north south direction.

]]>Pictures and description now here on the Megalithic Portal for this wonderful menhir.. A wonderful 6.5 metre tall and splendidly shaped granite menhir with a cross mounted on the top, which reminded me of a slightly shorter menhir de Champ Dolent.
