This little monument is still in quite good shape, despite leaning a bit precariously to one side. It is situated by a narrow trackway, and the ambience of its setting is marred slightly by a wire fence on the other side which makes it appear constricted.

This is a nice monument located in a region that is blessed with Neolithic sites. It is located behind a farmhouse and barn on private land, and is quite overgrown. Quite a lot of its cairn remains hidden beneath the grass, whilst the remains of a separate circular cairn are to be found close by.

Wedge Tomb in Co. Tyrone. Best approached via a lane (and across 2 fields to the E) leading from the road at the derelict police barracks, which are a few hundred metres W of a modern school, this tomb is impressive – despite a cart-track driven between the large stones of the doublewall of the gallery and what seem to be the stones of the kerb (12 metres long). The gallery is about 8 metres long, and the main chamber is still roofedwith 3 large slabs.
