<title>Hogsteinneset standing stones</title>

Standing Stones in Møre og RomsdalJust north of the lighthouse of Hogsteinneset and in the garden of the lighthouse keeper's house are two pretty standing stones. They are both located in a grassy field just north of the buildings and one on each side of the country road.</description>

<title>Eilifrøysa Gravhaug</title>

Down by Høgsteinneset we find the Eilifrøysa cairn. This is a burial cairn which got its name after Eiliv Earl. Eiliv Earl lived about 1,500 years after the mound was built. The cairn appears today as a round barrow because of a tiny layer of grass covering the cairns’ structure. The cairn is located on a plain overlooking the sea.

This site consists of two very nice shaped standing stones. The smallest is located inside a private garden with garden trees around it. The other one is located on a grassy hill next to the road crossing in a small village just some metres away from the road.</description>
