Round Barrow in Yorkshire (North)

This Bronze Age bowl barrow has 10m in diameter and is 0.9m high. In its centre there is a hollow, probably left after the excavations. The quarry ditch is completely buried.

Cold Moor Bowl Barrow
Cold Moor Bowl Barrow submitted by johndhunter : Mutilated Bowl Barrow at NZ 55219 01658 – Viewed looking at the remains of the southern kerb, August 2013. The eastern barrow of the Three Howes on Cold Moor is on the skyline and is indicated by the arrow. The other two barrows to the west are just blending in with the purple heather background and you can’t make them out in this image. (Vote or comment on this photo)
