Rock Art in Yorkshire (West)

This rock art panel is recorded as having one possible cup on its northern face, six irregular possible cups on its southern face (linked in a zigzag pattern), and two more regular cups on its eastern face. On top of the ridge of the rock are two shallow depressions, probably weathered hollows. For more information see England's Rock Art entry for ERA-2339 Green Gates 03, which includes a description, photographs, a plan of the rock and its motifs, plus photogrammetry.

This rock art panel is located on Open Access land.
