The Northern Antiquarian (TNA) features a page for this cup and ring stone - see their entry for Middleton Moor Carving 437, North Yorkshire, which gives directions for finding the stone, together with a drawing of the stone and its motifs and a photograph showing the stone right besides the footpath.
This stone is also scheduled as part of a group of three stones on Historic England List ID 1014159, an extract which relates to this stone reads: "The monument includes three carved rocks immediately adjacent to one another. They are located on Long Ridge on Middleton Moor, on a gentle south facing slope south of the track along the ridge ... The easternmost rock carving (accurate NGR SE1078051486) consists of c.13 cup marks and several grooves, with some grooves interconnecting the cups."
