Barrow Cemetery in Wiltshire. This is the site of four Bronze Age barrows - only one is clearly visible today as a 28m wide and 2.2m high, tree covered bell-barrow (described as rare in the entry by Historic England), surrounded by a 3.5m flat-berm.

There are three other barrows recorded by Historic England at the same location - a plough levelled bowl-barrow, 15m across, seen in aerial photographs, known to antiquarians as 'The Bards Barrow'. The next is a 19m across, 0.3m high bowl-barrow and the final bowl-barrow 14m across is in the next field to the south (seen only as a dark mark in the chalk). Note - this last barrow is partially cut on its north side by a Roman Road, which runs East-West between Speen and Bath, with an associated linear earthwork to the east of this site.

There was also a henge, which has now been ploughed down. In 1743 it was recorded by William Stukeley in a plan in his book 'Abury a Temple of the British Druids' - the henge is described by Historic England as "a buried oval ditch defining an area 66m east-west and 58m north-south. There is a break in the north east side of this circuit, visible on aerial photographs, which appears to be the entrance". Historic England Listing Number 1007491

The Roman Road that passes just to the South of this site and is part of the earthworks to the East is the same Roman Road that runs to Silbury Hill.
