I think this is a false entry - there is no East Crichie Circle. The only circle listed by RCAHMS for Crichie is Upper Crichie Circle which had its last stone removed in 1805 (as cosmic posted, below). The location quoted (NJ9845) is also very vague, it refers to an entire 100m by 100m square of the OS map!
Upper Crichie Circle is, or rather was, at NJ 9580 4429 in the field behind Upper Crichie Cottage.

    There is a "site of stone circle" marked on the map. I've updated the grid ref and condition.

According to RCAHMS the last standing stone from this site was removed in 1805 so surely not worth a visit.

And the rating of 2 for condition must be questionable!
