Millplough Recumbent by cosmic on Thursday, 05 July 2007
(User Info | Send a Message)
All that remains of this presumed stone circle is the recumbent. Made of composite it is almost rectangular at about 11 feet long by 5.5 feet tall.

It appears on the 1:50,000 as the East one of a pair just marked stones. Some 200m away to the WSW is a more pointed traditional type standing stone which appears to be the remains of a cairn - see Millplough Cairn
