Location given (NJ72304991) is incorrect, this is the previous location where it was built into the east wall of the garden around the manse at the foot of Manse Terrace.
Now the stone is built into the north wall (rear wall) of the yard around St Ninian's church in Gladstone Terrace, where it is visible from Gladstone Terrace. The new location is NJ 7235 5009 according to RCAHMS.
Use this link to see it on Google Street View, it is the light-coloured stone in the centre of the frame -http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=NJ+723+499+Aberdeenshire+UK&sll=57.539909,-2.4634&sspn=0.00188,0.004715&ie=UTF8&ll=57.539866,-2.463598&spn=0.007186,0.018861&z=16&layer=c&cbll=57.539909,-2.463398&panoid=pHUaz9lVE2wHh8GamK2GDQ&cbp=12,352.16,,3,5.67
