Skirsgill Standing Stone in Cumbria. On the Skirsgill industrial estate near Penrith. Stone stands at the rear of the Liliput Lane factory.

Skirsgill Hill Skirsgill Hill submitted by donstobbart
The settlement site on Skirsgill hill. According to my other half, the limestone pavement would be more substantial, and would have made a great dry place to live. There seems to be a double row of stones marking the edge of the site, some indiginous to the immediate area, and some do not appear to be.
