Round Barrows in Powys

Two barrows set in the valley bottom of the Gilwern Brook. The first is a reasonably large barrow although probably worn down. The northern barrow is quite small. The surrounding area has considerable mediaeval features, a large rabbit warren with the remains of pillow mounds, house platforms, field systems and ancient trackways.
