The Map Ref would seem to be more like SO163173 with Latitude 51.848706N and Longitude 3.215258W (WGS84). [Corrected]

hello, regarding carreg waen llech, it is not situated on private land, its on the moors above llangattock/llangynidr,its all common ground,well apparently the duke of beaufort has somthing to do with it,but thers no fences,gates etc,.
