Burl says this circle does not exist but is a misinterpretation of the row at this location.
This site is recorded as Pastscape Monument No. 37289, an extract from which reads: "The stone circle at SD 1500 8096 was visited by English Heritage field investigators in June 1999 as part of the National SAMs Survey Pilot Project. The stones are as described by previous authorities and no survey work was undertaken. The excavation of 1947 revealed that the middle stone lacked any trace of packing or a socket hole which suggests that this stone has become displaced from its original setting. A fourth stone, 21m to the north, might also be a displaced member of the circle but this cannot be confirmed from the surface remains."
Update July 2017 tells us: "Three recumbent stones, probably the remains of a stone circle 70 feet in diameter, were excavated in 1947. Only charcoal was found about the original turf line, and there was no trace of a central cairn or barrow. The largest stone was 5' long and 3' 5" wide .....
