Barrow Cemetery in Powys
Up in the hills on the outskirts of no where are these three well kept barrows. There are two on the north side of the road, close to the fields edge, one is so close to the road that a small bit of the barrow has gone because of the road. The other barrow, the largest of the three is on the south side of the road, a bit further from the fields edge than the other two. It is this barrow that is referred to as Dicky's stool. Seating implement stool or specimen stool, you decide.
