Brenig 51 submitted by TimPrevett : The reconstructed Platform Cairn, aka Brenig 51. This magnificent monument was a complete surprise - 26 small stones in a perfect circle, with a 7 metre wide flat cairn ring around, raised a couple feet above the ground. The most unusual cairn I have seen to date. Wonderful. This is a composite of 3 shots, looking to the S over Llyn Brenig. (Vote or comment on this photo)
A reconstructed Platform Cairn named Brenig 51. This magnificent monument has 26 small stones in a perfect circle, with a 7 metre wide flat cairn ring around, raised a couple feet above the ground. Has a magnificent view to the south-west over Llyn Brenig.

The most unusual cairn I have seen to date. Wonderful.
