Heol y Mynydd Round Barrow
Heol y Mynydd Round Barrow submitted by sem : Barely visible This barrow seems to be playing hide-and-seek. It is centre left behind the square rock. At 0.3m high, it is not the most imposing of ancient monuments. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Round Barrows in Mid Glamorgan

Coflein NPRN 93140. Described as a ploughed out round barrow, 9m in diameter. It's neighbour21m NNE, in an arable field, has been obliterated.

There are many such barrows in this area. The largest were excavated by Sir Cyril Fox in the late thirties and many others simply ploughed away for the forthcoming war effort.
