we have the same problem in our area. Planning withdrawn. Paintballing continued unauthorised. When reported to local council - 2 enforcement notices issued. And appealed against. how can we ensure appeal is refused? Any ideas?

We have just heard today that the the planning application for paintballing at Warren Hill got refused on environmental issues. Thanks to Portal users who made their objections known to the local council.

We have received reports from a local resident that there has been a planning application for change of useage of the adjacent land to a paintball site.

Apparently paintballing has been going on for a while in the woods and considerable damage has been done including nailing pallets to trees and trampling the flowers , pulling trees over etc...
