Cairn in Cornwall

A nice hilltop cairn, good views in all directions. Easier to approach from Catshole Downs than Bolventor as the extremely rough moorland is less tussocky on that side.

Tolborough Tor Cairn
Tolborough Tor Cairn submitted by rogerkread : Tolborough Tor cairn on a fairly bleak midsummer day. Long wet grass and rushes, squelchy ground, hard walking - but well worth it. No sign of the stone row though - the vegetation would need to be considerably lower to find it, you feel.
