A later prehistoric small multivallate hillfort and annexe, known as Dingerein Castle. The hillfort measures roughly 135 metres across and once comprised two concentric ramparts separated by a ditch, with an external ditch surrounding the whole.
The inner rampart is visible on the north and west sides as a bank and on the east as a scarp. The concentric outer rampart survives as a substantial earthwork incorporated in boundary banks around the north, west and south sides.
