SandyG visited on 13th Mar 2017 - their rating: Cond: 2 Amb: 4 Access: 4 Parking is available at NM 80048 19966. From here carefully cross the road and follow the track leading north to a fork at NM 80007 20401. Take the track leading up the hill and follow until you reach the top of the hill where the remaining standing stone will be clearly visible.

Stone Row (Alignment) in Argyll. This 3-stone row between Loch Seil and Dubh Loch is 16' long with stones of heights 9'2", 6'3" and 7'2". The centre stone has been broken and lists considerably. An 8'2" high fourth stone, due east of the row's centre stone, was pushed over in 1963 and now only a 1' stump remains.

Update October 2019: This alignment is featured on the Stone Rows of Great Britain website - see their entry for Duachy, which includes a description, a plan of the row from a recent survey carried out in September 2017, photographs of the alignment and the individual stones, access information and a list of online resources for more information.

The row is also recorded as Canmore ID 22965 and WoSAS (West of Scotland Archaeology Service) Site ID 1155 (Duachy / Loch Seil Standing Stones), and scheduled as Historic Environment Scotland's SM3995 (Duachy, standing stones 300m WSW of ?).

Duachy
Duachy submitted by crannog : taken 5th Feb.2012. Access to this site is relatively easy, along a track (visible on ordinance survey map), until getting to a ruined croft next to a stream, do not cross stream, in front a grass track leading up the hillside is clearly visible, thats the one to take. Keep in mind cattle, (young bullocks) may be in the area.
