Promontory Fort / Cliff Castle in Pembrokeshire (Sir Benfro)

"Castell Henif is a crescentic rampart and ditch, about 130m long, cut off a waisted area of cliff-top, under which lies Ogof Mary natural arch; a lesser secondary bank set in the ditch on the south is thought to be later."
